Introductions and thanks. Shared objective: define what an Army pilot of CHAMBER should look like and leave with a concrete path to fielding it. Background: CHAMBER was developed and fielded for the Air Force under SBIR Phase III contract FA3002-20-C-0030.

CHAMBER Background — Air Force Development & Fielding
A brief history: the operational problem, the capability, and where it was fielded. Discussion of how an existing, previously fielded capability can be adapted to Army training and force generation requirements.

Army Mission Need & Intended Use
Discussion of where the Army sees the greatest immediate value. Potential first use cases include initial military training, accession-through-training continuity, instructor assessment, injury and recycle visibility, attrition, and performance measurement — plus others identified during discussion.

Defining the Pilot Together
A joint working discussion covering location and training population, users and trainees, duration, assessments and data to be captured, cadre involvement, reporting, and the decisions the pilot should inform. Goal: a pilot scoped large enough to matter and focused enough to execute rapidly.

Fielding & Integration Requirements
What is required to place CHAMBER in users' hands: cybersecurity and authorization, identity and access, devices, network or offline operation, data ownership, system interfaces, training, installation support, and any fielding partners.

Funding, Contracting & Ownership
Alignment on requirement ownership, funding source, the executing contracting organization, and applicability of SBIR Phase III follow-on authority. Identification of the acquisition, contracting, and funding personnel to include going forward.
